Union-Based Professional Development
Union-based professional development is an important element in meeting the needs of teachers. A union can have more impact through engaging teachers in this aspect of their working life. The BCTF works as a partner with other teacher unions and CoDevelopment Canada in developing union-based professional development.
Where possible, BCTF members are directly involved in working with colleagues in our partner unions.
