Induction Kit Request Form for Locals

Thank you for organizing an induction ceremony to welcome the new BCTF members in your local. You will be mailed the requested number of BCTF certificates, pins, letters from the President of the BCTF, Codes of Ethics, Welcome to the BCTF pamphlets, and kit folders.

Please note that the materials we mail will require assembly into kits upon arrival at your local, and this includes adding inductee names to the certificates. We recommend submitting your request a minimum of four weeks before your induction date, as preparation time before mailing will depend on current volume and size of requests.
