Why do you want to participate in the Think Tank?

The first aim of the Think Tank is to deepen the Federation’s understanding of how homophobia and transphobia impact working conditions for 2SLGBTQ+ members. What experiences and/or perspectives will you bring to the Think Tank to further this aim?

The second aim of the Think Tank is to investigate the rise of anti-SOGI and anti-trans movements across the province and gather teachers’ perspectives on how the Federation can resist the impacts of these extreme right politics on public education. What experiences and/or perspectives will you bring to the Think Tank to contribute to this investigation?
