Booking Procedures and Information for the Organizer of a Parent Presentation
The organizer, usually a Parent Advisory Committee (PAC) representative, submits the request.

To book a presentation, use the “Book
this presentation” link below the selected presentation description (view descriptions here). Fill in the form and submit. Upon submission, your presentation request will be sent to the BCTF and you will receive an email confirmation of its receipt.
Please allow at least four–five weeks lead-in time for your request. The presenters are all volunteers and donate their time and expertise to assist and broaden the knowledge of parents.
Once a presenter has been located and
Once a presenter has been found to lead the workshop(s) that the PAC has requested, staff at BCTF will send a confirmation of the booking both to the presenter and to the organizer. This sheet includes all contact information thereby allowing both parties to have direct contact with each other
in order to have a smoothly run presentation. You can confirm times, arrangement for the presentation, and equipment needs.
