Teacher Inquiry Program (TIP): How to implement TIP in the district/school

This workshop is designed to inform participants about the BCTF Teacher Inquiry Program (TIP) and how to apply for a TIP grant. Participants will explore the components of this BCTF-facilitated program and learn about the BCTF self-directed professional development model of teacher inquiry. Participants will have an opportunity to assess their district/school’s openness towards teacher inquiry and to develop a plan of action to recruit interested members to a TIP in their local or school.
